fox farm cultivation nation

It seems like we waited forever for its release, but Fox Farm Cultivation Nation has finally arrived! This new generation of Fox Farm fertilizers incorporates a two part soluble fertilizer program and a three part liquid fertilizer program depending on your growing style. We will briefly discuss the differences in the following text.

Fox Farm Cultivation Nation 2 Part

The 2 part Cultivation Nation is a soluble fertilizer program. This power couple comes with ‘VEGGIE’ for the vegetative growth stage and ‘FLOWER’ for the flowering stage. These soluble fertilizers are highly concentrated and very cost effective. It is an easy one two punch!

VEGGIE

VEGGIE is step one of this two part fertilizer program. It is your go to for the vegetative growth stage. VEGGIE is packed with a blend of nutrients that are meant to improve plant size. It also is formulated to strengthen your branches so that your plant can support larger buds! VEGGIE has a NPK ratio of 24-14-11.

One thing that I really like about this soluble fertilizer is that it can be applied in numerous fashions. For instance, you can apply this fertilizer as a dry application or as a liquid application. A dry application or sometimes called top dressing is when you mix a desired amount directly into the soil around your plant. A liquid application is when you mix the fertilizer with water and then apply.

Flower

Cultivation Nation Flower is part 2 of the fertilizer program. This fertilizer should be applied throughout all stages of flower. It is loaded with phosphorus and potassium. In fact it has a NPK ratio 4-35-26! Just as with VEGGIE, Flower can be applied as a dry application or as a liquid depending on your needs.

Fox Farm Cultivation Nation 3 Part

The 3 part fertilizer program is designed for hydroponics or aeroponic gardens. It can also be used for soil if needed. This fertilizer regiment can be applied from seedling all the way through harvest. It is everything you need! The 3 part comes with GROW, MICRO and BLOOM.

For seedlings, use 1/2 tsp or 2.5 mL of Grow for every 1 gallon of water (4 L) once a week. As you plant gets bigger, increase your dosage to 3 tsp (15 mL) for every gallon of water. Apply once a week throughout the vegetative growth stage.

Micro should be applied on established plants. Use 1 to 2 tsp (5-10 mL) per gallon (4 L) of water once per week during the vegetative growth stage. For flowering plants, apply 1 to 2 tsp (5-10 mL) per gallon (4 L) of water every other week.

Bloom should be applied every week during flower. Use 2 to 2.5 tsp (10-12.5 mL) per gallon (4 L) of water. You should start applying Bloom as soon as flowering starts. Continue to use until harvest.

Conclusion

Fox Farm Cultivation Nation is Fox Farm’s next generation of fertilizers. So far, all the reviews I have seen have been positive. If you have anything to add, please post it below in the comment section.

  1. When using fox farm (2 part)cultivation nation veggie to grow cannibus how much should I mix with a gallon of water

  2. I been using the 2 part system and I have been kinda switching to hydro- (DWC). I know how much to mix with water to water your plants with. But is it the same for a deep water cycle of 24-48 per 100 gallon or does it need to be re-adjusted so not to have to much build up on root and or fry my plants. And is it still a stand-alone to be used by its self.

    1. Jarrod,
For suggested use, I would recommend starting with the smallest amount possible and work up from there. This will just ensure that you don’t fry your plants by adding too much. For your second question..it has everything you need to get the job done. You definitely can use it as a stand alone. But there are also other fertilizers you can add to enhance your grow if you want.

  3. Ok now I have a couple questions. Before I switched. Hold I’ll start by saying last year I breed ariganal train reck with northern lights and train reck with white widow. That being said I was applying miracle grow 20-20-20 and I switched over to Cultivation Nation 2part system one plant died over night 4 hamorphodited and white widow is left. My clones are all dieing I use B1 as recommended little less. Will other nutrients react to this system in a way that is screwing up my clones that is left in plant I’ve even tried everything to plane distilled water not one for first time is taking.

  4. One more thing ammonia witch will raise pH drastically but broking down it is nitrogen but in small amount to 50 gallon tank to raise pH back up to 6.6. and a cap full of it believe me it doesn’t take much. Will that cause an effect with that nutrient system ? Because I noticed it does have some ammonia nitrate in it. It’s does wonders for previous plants

  5. Can you use the 2 part soluble along with the original base liquids..ie “grow big” & “big bloom” along with “veggie” 2 part? Same follows for “tiger bloom” along side “beastie buds” and “flower” soluble ? Seems like it puts them on edge of burning..trying to determine if my soluble mix is to rich or just the combo is to much of the same thing? Measurements are lower than recommended and spaced weekly..

  6. I have been using English Garden water soluble plant food 10-54-10 every other week. No flowers on melons plants yet, want to increase the nitrogen with Fox Farm Cultivation veggie 24-14-11 to encourage growing of the 3 1/2-week-old watermelons and cantaloupe plants. How much Fox Farm should I mix with a gallon of water, and do I use it every week? Also do I stop using Fox Farm once the melons begin forming or use it for the entire growing season?
