Learning to grow marijuana and filtering the many resources available is the difference between a successful harvest and an average one.  Too often growers invest hundreds or thousands of dollars and many hours to grow marijuana plants.  Opposite, they do not spend enough time and money learning the best techniques and pitfalls from successful growers.  Discussed further in this post are the marijuana resources we use on a regular basis.  We recommend you try them out and we guarantee you will have more success on your next grow.

The Cannabis Encyclopedia: The Definitive Guide to Cultivation & Consumption of Medical Marijuana by Jorge Cervantes

First of all, the Cannabis Encyclopedia is the perfect first step if you are just starting off.  Reasonably priced for the information, Jorge Cervantes second book on growing Cannabis has all your basic questions answered and more.  For less than half the price of a textbook, this marijuana resource will help you grow excellent bud forever. At anytime during the grow season you can pick up the book and diagnose your plant and make the next best move.  Pests in the Garden? No problem. Learn to grow from seeds? That’s included.  The one book you should own is hands down The Cannabis Encyclopedia by Jorge Cervantes.

CannaInsider: Interviews with the Leaders of The Legal Cannabis – Marijuana Industry

Podcasts are wonderful and if you want to learn more about the industry, Mathew Kine has an excellent show.  Each week on the  CannaInsider Mathew Kine interviews leaders in the Marijuana Industry for a 40-60 minute episode.  Interviewees include expert growers, product inventors, legal experts and other leaders from all sectors of the industry.  Each episode will give you a detailed viewpoint of an emerging market in the industry.  One of my favorite episodes is with Mark Williams, the inventor of the FireFly and FireFly 2 Vaporizer.  If you want to learn more about soil, Michael Beck from Royal Gold discusses optimal growing mediums and common grow mistakes everyone makes.  A recent episode featured Nick Hice from Denver Relief talk general plant process and care.  You can pick and choose, but as far as marijuana resources go, I think every show is great.

YouTube: Search Marijuana, Cannabis, Cannabinoids, Terpenes, Oil, Wax, Growing – You Name It

YouTube is among the best marijuana resources available allowing the research of How-To and specific videos on every topic.  Instead of your next Netflix show binge, try a binge on Growing Marijuana Videos.  It is easy to get lost and can be a lot of fun learning new tips and tricks to grow healthier larger yielding plants.  The more specific you are, the more detail you can get.  Recently I learned all about Terpenes and the Endocannabinoid System and how these play a role with cancer and pain via Mara Gordon.
